Day 03: Kathmandu – Pokhara – B
Morning 25 minutes flight to Pokhara, a beautiful city on the lap of Annapurna mountain range of the Himalayas.
Check into hotel and go for sightseeing tour of Pokhara. Sites include: World peace stupa, Davis falls, Gupteswor cave, boating on Lake Fewa. Evening at leisure to stroll around the lakeside.
Day 04: Pokhara – Tikhedhunga – B|L|D
1.5 hours’ drive to Nayapul to start the trek.
Trek to Tikhedhunga for about 5 hours including lunch break on the way. Walk on the dirt road through the village of Birethanti, Hile to Tikhedunga. Comparatively easy trekking day to the days coming.
Day 05: Tikhedhunga – Ghorepani –B|L|D
Early morning start of the day. Steep uphill walk on the stone paved steps for the first two hours of the day to Ulleri. Lunch stop at Banthanti before entering the gentle uphill forest walk to Ghorepani for another 4-5 hours.
Day 06: Ghorepani – Tatopani 1190m – B|L|D
Early morning hike to Poonhill for a panoramic Himalayan view and sunrise. Walk back to Ghorepani for breakfast and start a beautiful downhill walk to Tatopani today.
Day 07: Tatopani – Ghasa 2110m – B|L|D
Walk along the Kali Gandaki river gorge to the Thakali village of Ghasa today.
Day 08: Ghasa – Marpha 2680m – B|L|D
Walk past Lete and Tukuche village to reach Marpha village today. Enjoy the Apple orchard at Marpha.
Day 09: Marpha – Kagbeni 2810m – B|L|D
Trek to Kagbeni along the Kali Gandaki river bed. Experience and enjoy a different mountain landscape.
Day 10: Kagbeni – Muktinath 3710m – B|L|D
Make it today to the destination of the trip, Muktinath, which is highly revered spiritual center.
Day 11: Muktinath – Jomsom 2700m – B|L|D
Trek back to Jomsom for about 4-5 hours. Explore the mountain of Jomsom.
Day 12: Jomsom – Pokhara 900m – B
Fly to Pokhara from Jomsom. Early morning incredible Himalayan flight lands you in Pokhara in 20 minutes. Free afternoon in Pokhara to relax. Lots of activities to do if you don’t want to stay idle.
Day 13: Pokhara – Kathmandu – B|D
Fly back to Kathmandu. Free afternoon to stroll around. Trip farewell dinner in the evening.
